Where have all the worldly values of respect for elders, courtesy flown to ah? teachers, my batch and seniors, grand-seniors merely stand outside of the crowd prefering not to join in the competition...oh wells, perhaps humans' need for food have overwhelmed their consious thoughts... secretly, i felt sad that we actually did not teach our juniors well...or maybe the sch system has failed. wateva the case, saddening.

okays, i shall stop procrastinating and update my blog! must back track by alot to graduation night! 3rd dec...here are a few photos of that i took! btw, we took ALOT of picts until my cam cannot tahan anymore and battery died! SAD! i havent finish taking u noe!

after grad night was angklung chalet, this girl had a very busy week! it was at aloha loyang...bugalow 3....i still remember

getting there was fine except that it was drizzling! we, eileen, shux, sheila and evi wanted the catch the shuttle bus there frm pasis ris mrt. i reminded everyone to be early just in case the shuttle bus is early too and in the end i was late! :P had to withstand all their stares in the shuttlebus! luckily we didnt miss, when i alighted frm the mrt we just run all the way to the shuttlebus stop! phew!

finding my way was easy, been there quite a few times alr. many seniors and one grand senior was there...cons was complaining how she was the first one that arrived and there are none of my batch to help break the ice between her and juniors! oops! anyways we cooped ourselves in the room playing bridge. oh, im addicted to that game... we were all starving waiting mr fuad to arrive, he's the VIP ma! its so unfortunate that he got stuck in a jam at some expressway!

okay, here comes the interesting part: once VIP arrive, our junior batch just flooded the food collection area, like thirsty bees who have finally found a lone flower in a desert. one word - woah

anyways, this chalet is organised by juniors right? howcome none of juniors is taking charge and staying over at the bugalow to check it out in the morning?!! so amazing, i was wondering wat if none of the seniors wanted to stayover! some of the juniors will be "forced" to stay...i shant comment abt that. but i suggest to have a gathering at somebody's condo function room wld be easier to handle...

well, at first we thought that the ppl staying over was only me eileen and shux! we were so afraid la! insects and *ahems* things that roam at night! we decided to lock ourselves in one room. not before having to clear all the rubbish- leftovers from the food and garbage bags. how sweet is that. in the middle of the night, the door bell rang! OMG, hahas it was only pek yan, xingyu, meiping and wenqi la! WAH, the three of us was so relieved! our saviours! more ppl means more fun and sercurity!

the next morning we checked out and had MACs breakfast. yummy.

i want to eat seafood!

muahahahx, i seriously have a craving for seafood, now that exams are GOING to be over and ill have sometime on my hands....

oh man, i realised the last time i sat down and blog was on AUGUST 5! wah serious abstaintment here... got such a word? i still have one more paper to go and i have already succumb to peer pressure and signed up for a facebook account, that place is MESSY! tsk tsk, anyways, i am REALLY looking forward to after exams, feel liek playing all day long! catch up with some friends...
BUT...there's still one more mcq paper to go...its suppose to help my other papers but yet it may kill, i dont feel like studying anymore but yet i cannot NOT study for it. haix, dont want to let yong down, he's such an encouraging teacher...

on friday, I had my chemistry mcq... shant comment abt it...i went to watch angklung before it! yayness, made me happy...hoped i didnt forget all my chemistry knowledge due to this overdose of happiness... really glad the see the juniors performing all the old songs...nostalgia....they really improved by leaps and bounds! good job juniors! with so many upcoming public performances, woah they're gg to be real busy BUT i believe they are up to it! ALL those fortunate audiences will be blown away!

YAY! cos i didnt felt like studying, i went to my sister's cultural night performance at my primary school! btw, my sister's in DRAMA club, amazingly my three siblings all took up very different ccas... i was in Chinese Dance frm P1-P3 then switched to swimming till P6, was in LIBRARY in sec school and now in angklung...my brother was in swimming then switched to robotics in pri sch, he is in band now-sec school... hmmmmmms, i wonder if my sis will join ELDDS in sec sch.........that'll be interesting! Anyways, her role was a child in pyjamas listening to Grandma tell bedtime stories! quite typical... the play was a continuation of the THE FROG PRINCE story...hahas, my sister is super cute! she practicsed her lines at home and even i knew them : "Grandma, we are already in our pyjamas!", "oh, its just like Shrek and Princess Fiona!"

OH last but not least, FRIDAY was A VERY, SUPERDUPER IMPORTANT DAY! muahahahas:D
thank you to those who send the messages to wish me happy birthday! and also those who wished me in school...whee i was a very happy gal on friday! went out with Eileen and had a THAI dinner...cant everyday be my birthday? hahas, that'll be too greedy and it wont be a special day anymore...

ANGKLUNG FAREWELL ):
Time past so quickly! As i lay on my bed looking up at that concrete white ceiling in the darkness, i thought of all the things that my college life consists of for the past one and a half year... apart from council, there was angklung...

RMBd the times when i just joined angklung, holding that 4 normal note and sitting beside ilona during practices...scrutising the score in the blue file and trying to memorise where i shd come in and the correct timing...trying many ways--- nodding my head, tapping my feet to try to count the beats...
RMBd constance's frowns and shakes of her head when 4 normal comes in wrongly...oopsies...jieying's dark eye rings and so my nickname for her>> bear bear >> as in like panda....
RMBd farewell for the seniors, e games, video, buffet and the gift angklungs...
RMBd our performance at Suntec where the only e juniors and few seniors played...
RMBd the combined concert with HARMOC, ELECTIC, all e practices at LT5 and on e final day...

okays have been sick AGAIN but this time with sore throat and runny nose...the common cold viruss.....haix, lost my voice the week after expo performance for the president...luckily angklung dont need voice... hahas....right now i have a voice not that low-range one anymore but i still cant sing ): so i whistle...tra la la

YAY! exams are over but this CT2 have kind of like shake me really very hard this time! guess i am more motivated to study! jensen ong said prelims is like in 7 weeks! OMG! well! i estimate that if 2 chapters are studied per day for any subject, i will kind of finish all of j1 plus j2 work by the end of that seven weeks! easier said than done.

oh anyways, went to angklung blog.....there were so many invitations plus overseas ones still! will i go overseas to support them, hmmms let me think abt it first! but im definitely try to make it for the esplanade one!

random note:why does most of my sentences end with an EXCLAIMATION??? :D

ohs and im glad that the exams are over! this week have been really terrible not just becos of exams but im sick again! this is sickening (no pun intended!) i having stomach flu! mild case, thank goodness! i rmb i had a very serious one in sec 2 that became kind of like an extreme diet to me, lost weight cos i simply cldnt keep anything down even water! on the first day that is! and my trick to "preventing' any vomit was to breathe through my mouth in small gasps it kind of help if the nausea went away but if it persist, i simply give up trying to keep anything down and barf....

so stomach flu means: no milk, no oil, no anything that smells pungent cos it seriously reek to my sensitive nose now. it just makes me queasy and uncomfortable and bloated.... hmmmms hope this pass over soon! i want to eat some good food after exams!!!

mugging blues

mugging is not exactly my fav activity.
how i wish infomation is like data from a computer, perhaps in binary code, and that my brain is a big CPU, so anything that is stored there is THERE permenantly, no loss of memory, unless of course the hard disk can damaged like concussion or something...yea, everything wld be so much easier...

digress abit.
my TOFU theory:
okays here goes my theory of brains. the human brain=tofu. in physics we learn that anything oscillating at natural frequency will be damaged right??? as in its harmful. so since brain=tofu, it'll wobble:wobble, wobble wobble. when u shake ur head nod, etc. so if u shake somebody's head "frequent" enough as in like at e correct frequency, ____ shakes per sec, then that person will suffer brain damage, cos the toufu in the head will hit against the hard bone structures of the skull and kill some cells... same goes for in a car crash. in a car crash, imagine the typical drama kind of drive-so-fast(speeding)-until-hit-the-tree kind of crash, so the car will hit the tree, and the driver inside will become unconsious for a while with his head knoching onto the steering wheel. although, the head is stationary, there's actually lots of motion happening inside the skull. since the brain is a toufu, the impact of the crash will cause the brain to start wobble, wobble, wobble. just like how if u move to quickly while holding a plate of soft toufu, it shivers. such that such will hit the front and back of the walls of the skull and continue to wobble for some time,finally, u get brain damage. hahas:D

anyways watched shrek 3 with eileen. i think its really nice! worth watching as a getaway from mugging. hahahs(: planning to watch fatastic four and the silver surfer with my sis soon!!!

Went back to sn before angklung prac with shuxian and zoerainne. it was fried food day! yayness. when i went to nj, i rmb my ogl asking me if i like e food in nj and i replied honestly,no. yea, nj got the best food of all e jc-s, so said. but if i were to compare it to sn food, sn still better. i think its becos of all the finger food that nj lacks...lack of demand? njc has more wat i can whole meals, no snacking i suppose! in sn, if i were to skip lunch, i can eat peanut pancake, hotdogs, chocolate waffles etc.

OMG! feel like such a glutton but i ate like i've never eaten for days..... st nicks gonna have prime and the nice canteen stalls will most prob shift with the pri section:( better eat while we still can...
